Dear Aiden:

Thanks for correct my research questions.

But I modify my research questions, I just wonder whether they are workable or not?

1.To analyze what are the demographic profile of Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District?

(including gender, age, profession, income)

2.What are the differences of the consumers’ behaviors between Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District?

(including mental affections, lifestyles, reasons and factors of buying)

3.What the evaluation of consumers (What are you evaluating?) between Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District?

4.What the consumer preferences between Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District?

(To compare these two districts of common objects or common characteristics)

5.Do the consumers satisfy the Shinkuchan or Sanduo Commercial District?

(about services, environment, convenient)

Through the questionnaires for these two commercial districts, I think I can analyze and compare commercial districts. But…here are another question…do I need to focus on only one commercial district (You're working on two commercial districts, right?)? I can not think what other consumer behaviors for commercial districts…I have no idea about consumer behaviors That's why you are doing this research. You can find out more about this topic. The more you read the more you gain knowledge about it. Or do I need to only focus on consumer, is that OK?

Ok~I got it. Thanks for your advice^^

3.What the evaluation of consumers (What are you evaluating?) between Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District?

I mean maybe local shoppers or tourists, their evaluation for Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District. Maybe the evaluation for food stands, environment or service, I will try to find the common objects or common characteristics to compare.

Based on what you wrote above (#3), 3.What the evaluation of consumers (What are you evaluating?) between Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District?
I mean maybe local shoppers or tourists, their evaluation for Shinkuchan and Sanduo Commercial District. Maybe the evaluation for food stands, enviroment or service, I will try to find the common objects or common characteristics to compare.

I see that you will be asking consumers about what they think of these commercial districts. Are you you looking at their consumer satisfaction levels? If so, then in addition to consumer behavior, you will actually shift focus to consumers' attitudes towards these commercial districts' performance to deliver/satisfy consumers needs/wants.

Is this what you intend to do?

I think my research questions 3 and 4 are meaning the same thing...Sorry, I didn’t notice at that time. It means the consumers' preference. I will also make the questionnaire to understand consumers’ thoughts. According to my research outline, I will put these on the third points. By the way, should I need to think another question or reorganized my research questions?
